The location is great. I don’t get why the Studio side requires a $25 deposit, especially when the Motel 6 side doesn’t. Every mattress feels the same—springs are worn out. I keep coming back because of the price and the lack of a deposit on the motel side. The Studio side’s deposit is held on a card and can take up to 7 days to return, and the mattresses definitely need replacement.

I appreciate that pets are welcome, but the bathroom in my room looked filthy.

There was nothing good to say, and the staff were rude—threatening to evict me for asking for fresh sheets, the room had a terrible odor, the manager was indifferent, and they inspected my room daily, forcing me to leave it.
