The owner is a genuinely charming, friendly and helpful person, a real pleasure. The setting is beautiful and the building is quite wild. Breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately the spa was out of service and the whirlpool bath was no longer available because previous guests had done whatever they wanted.

The welcome was good, the location is ideal for exploring the area and it’s quiet. It was a shame that the room and bathroom were dirty, with a lot of dust and crumbs, dead flies everywhere even in the bathtub, hair on the floor in the toilet and bathroom, worn sheets, and huge spider webs everywhere… Yes it’s an old building, but for 147 euros a night I expected at least basic cleanliness. I also booked services that weren’t available: the pool with dirty loungers, and the hammam and sauna were not in operation—really disappointing.

A charming and relaxing spot. The pool is very pleasant. The babbling brook is soothing. This old mill has a lot of character.

The place was quiet and the facilities were good. The reception was nice. A fridge for keeping drinks cool would have been a plus.
