“If ever in Alvin again, I would definitely stay at this hotel!”

I stayed from October 9 to October 11 and the breakfast was excellent, with staff who were very helpful and friendly—overall the team was outstanding, earning my highest praise. However, I booked a handicap room and the toilet was too low for someone with leg issues, making it hard to stand up; the shower head was installed 7 feet high, lacking an attachable hose or a seat, which would have been safer for a person with weak legs—if not for the bathroom, I would have rated the stay 95!

It was a nice facility. Everything was fine, breakfast was good.

Breakfast was okay and the staff were nice and helpful. The top floor was warm in the hallways. The pool was small, dirty, and the water had too much chlorine. It was under renovation and definitely not worth the price.

There was a mix‑up at check‑in, but it was sorted the next morning. The elevator sounds like it might fall or get stuck.
