The location next to Craid y Nos Castle was ideal and the staff were friendly; the room was well presented and suited our needs, but we were confused about the towel situation—apparently towels are supplied, yet we received none, not even a hand towel. We chose the property because Breakfast was advertised as included, but the next morning we were told they had not served breakfast for a long time, which was misleading advertising.

The owner was very accommodating and helpful, giving clear instructions on how to get to the venue and check in before my arrival, and the place was clean, well signposted, and well presented.
