“概ね 快適”
The staff were very courteous, which I appreciated, and the facilities felt clean. I especially liked that the parking had a roof and was easy to access. Because it’s a leisure hotel, I had to call the front desk every time I left, which didn’t suit my frequent‑in‑and‑out style, and the check‑in/check‑out paperwork for consecutive nights added a bit of hassle, but aside from that the hotel was very appealing.
“2人の宿泊には最適かな”
The room was spacious enough for a solo traveler. Not having a key meant I had to phone the front desk each time I wanted to come and go, which was inconvenient, and I wish I could have mirrored my phone to the TV.
“Comfortable hotel, with spa and views”
The room size was very good, with lots of nice toiletries, a private outdoor spa, and the food we ordered was good. The staff were helpful. There was a lack of English explanations at check‑in and check‑out and on the room TV remote and food ordering, and I didn’t like being locked in the room.
The accommodation was incredible—an enormous room with plenty of equipment and services. We loved the outdoor spa and sauna, and the bed was large and comfortable. The karaoke experience was also very fun, even though our microphones didn’t work properly. The only surprising issue was that the room doesn’t lock with a key; the reception locks it and you must contact them to exit.
“Perfect relaxing time”
A sauna lover’s paradise in Ehime! Free parking with plenty of space, and I could park right in front of the entrance under a roof—safe, convenient, and a great start. Walking inside was impressive: the entrance was stunning and full of thoughtful touches—complimentary amenities, free sweets and snacks, a manga library, and everything spotless. Check‑in was effortless; a large central screen let me confirm my reservation, but since I’d already booked online and had the info beforehand, I just made a quick call. Everything is in Japanese, so speaking the language helps, but a translation app will get you through just fine. The staff came outside to greet me with genuine smiles, we had a short friendly chat, and then came my lucky moment—they confirmed that because my suite had a large private outdoor terrace, I could enjoy my cigars there (complete with an ashtray). The rest of the property is strictly non‑smoking. Then… the room! A spacious entrance where you change into indoor slippers, followed by an enormous suite. Everything was immaculate: a huge, comfortable bed, an even bigger TV loaded with streaming services like Netflix, karaoke, a large refrigerator, and every amenity you could possibly need. With temperatures around 35 °C outside, the powerful air conditioning was a welcome relief. Plenty of large towels, a spotless separate toilet with Japan’s famous high‑tech seat, and a spacious powder room leading to a beautiful bathroom featuring both a jet bath and a separate shower. Honestly, it was already excellent… …and then came the reason I booked this place. The private outdoor wellness area. A two‑person sauna with digital temperature control that heated up quickly (and cooled down just as fast when needed). Everything looked brand new and impeccably clean. The bed was too soft, the mattress cover moved and I couldn’t find a relaxing position. Because of all the extras (including an air dog) there were a lot of electrical outlets, blips, and beams. Maybe I’m a bit sensitive as I don’t have any outlet devices in my bedroom, but sleep wasn’t as relaxing as I hoped for.
