The building is pretty. The location is quite average, the staff is insufficient, the bed had a broken headboard, and the outdoor breakfast area wasn’t clean.

The hotel goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Nothing else to add.

I liked the room size and the staff who served breakfast were friendly, but they didn’t provide a TV so I couldn’t watch the World Cup matches, and the location—though close to one of the old city entrances—was far from the most beautiful part of the new city.
