The place is in a convenient spot and the team is helpful, but the room was infested with bedbugs and cockroaches. The bed and curtains were full of bugs. Terrible.

Location is spot on and the staff—especially at check‑in—were super attentive. The hotel was spotless. But the bathroom fixtures were in rough shape, and when I asked for a massage they said no, and they wouldn't let me bring in an outside therapist. I couldn't understand why.

The spot was great, but the flat was a bedbug nightmare. I tried texting and calling the host at night, got no reply. Even the building manager couldn't get through. I ended up sleeping on the floor because the bed was unusable. They only got back to me at 9 a.m. the next morning and haven't refunded the night. They promised pest control. I just wanted to sleep after a long trip. If they'd moved me somewhere else, it would have been fine, but the total lack of help was unacceptable.

The room was big and the area was calm, tucked between two busy districts. But the housekeeping was sloppy, the place smelled bad, breakfast was weak, and having two beds pushed together was awful.
