After four years as a regular, I've seen the place deteriorate: rooms have pest problems, floors need replacing, and overall refurbishment is overdue. Prices have gone up year over year, not matching the drop in quality. The property definitely needs renovation.

The front desk staff were friendly, but the room was a nightmare—filthy, roach‑infested, and hadn't even been swept. Cockroaches appeared everywhere; I had to use two cans of Raid and traps to survive. It was barely tolerable, especially since other nearby hotels had raised their rates for the weekend.

The room was in terrible shape and needed a makeover. Bed bugs were everywhere, giving me more than two dozen bites; I had to use a bug bomb, replace all bedding, wash clothes, and buy cortisone and anti‑itch creams. It was both expensive and heartbreaking—especially since it's my fourth stay and I've never had such issues before.

I never felt safe upon arrival, so I never stayed a night and booked elsewhere. Three police cars were outside my room on the first night, loud music from cars, the room looked nothing like the photo—run down, stank. I want a refund because I spent less than five minutes and paid for three nights.
