The staff were super helpful and made us feel at home, all very friendly and committed, but on the first night, air conditioning didn't work in three of the six rooms, making it impossible to sleep; they fixed it the next day, but that should never happen.

The staff were very helpful and always attentive, making us feel at home, but out of the six expensive rooms we booked, three had no working air conditioning and it was almost impossible to sleep; although they fixed it the next day, this cannot happen in a hotel of this caliber.
