I booked two rooms with garden view, but the hotel gave me two basement rooms instead, so my family and I left right away. We were disappointed that the view we paid for was not what we received, and we didn't want to stay in the basement.

Nothing at all. The service was extremely poor. We ordered lunch, which was not served for 1.5 hours, and we had to leave without eating. Later we asked for basic cutlery for the room, which never arrived despite multiple follow‑ups, and we waited an hour. In both cases we complained to the property manager, but he did not help. The property was severely understaffed, so we had to shorten our stay and check out early.

The whole staff was very cooperative and we enjoyed our stay, and the food was also very good.

The location is great, but the food is too expensive.

The location is good, not too far from Kolad city and the river, but for the price they don’t even include a complimentary breakfast; a single night costs INR 4000, meals are also very pricey, and while it’s the only nice property around, it feels like a robbery.
