The staff responds quickly and is always ready to help. It could use more cleaning, especially in the bathroom. It’s very close to the terminal; crossing the square there are many people sleeping. 25 minutes walking to the fountain, 20 minutes walking to the coliseum.

The location is great, the metro is 2 minutes away, the room has normal dimensions and so does the bathroom. In the morning it was quite noisy even though we were on the 5th floor, where this apartment is in a residential block. The staff are very responsive, even though they are only virtual, meaning our communication was purely written! There is a shop across the block that stays open late and always manages to get the essentials like water, shampoo, sweets, salty snacks. There is a café at the block entrance with fantastic croissants and coffee for breakfast. The mattress was comfortable. The place is not a hotel but a 5‑floor apartment with separate rooms, ours had its own bathroom. The staff are only virtual and have no idea what’s happening on site. For every issue we had to write to get it noticed and fixed. We checked in on Tuesday, and the first cleaning was on Saturday because we requested it. The day before we left, we ran out of hot water and none came at all! The staff understood the issue from us, but it would have been different if there had been a reception and at least one person in the apartment to monitor and react immediately to repairs and other nuisances. The air conditioner in the corridor of the apartment worked nonstop for the last few days and it was cold, even blowing under the room door. People try, but for the money we paid I expected a lot more.
