スタッフの丁寧さと優しさで、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。 設備は豪華で申し分なく、ロケーションも最高でした。. チェックアウトまで大満足だったのですが、チェックアウト後に部屋に忘れ物をしてしまった事に気づき連絡すると、清掃中の方が出られて、ロビーまで持って来てもらうことになったのですが、迷惑かけたとは言え、ずいぶん無愛想に渡され、とても申し訳なく思わされました。 悪いのは自分で、清掃中は忙しいのは承知ですが、それまでのスタッフの方の対応が良過ぎただけに残念な気がしました。

Parking spots were wide enough for large cars, and the room itself was spacious with a big bath; the abundant amenities were a real help. The hotel’s scent was unique and didn’t suit me.
