The spot’s close to Termini and the elevator can fit two people. The photos promised more glamour and cleanliness, but the room had many problems: only a few outlets worked, the fridge had been unfrosted for years, wooden planks and a stair were stored inside, the private bathroom was across the hall, the toilet flush was weak, the shower leaked, and water leaked from the basin onto the floor. Two bars on the street stay busy at night, and the windows don’t block the noise. Not great.

The location and beds were fine. The private bathroom was outside the room, which felt like a big trick to me.

The location is excellent—ideal for a quick city view, in a quiet and safe area, just a five‑minute walk from TERMINI station. The room was spacious and spotless. I plan to visit again soon and definitely recommend it.
