The location is excellent, and the beach is reached by car in five minutes. The adjacent restaurant is outstanding.

I didn’t eat breakfast there, but dinner in the restaurant below was an experience and the food was delicious, featuring ingredients from its own production and local delicacies.

The style and décor, the restaurant’s garden is very pleasant, and the kitchenette is available. The room door opening system is complicated for a small thing; a standard key without an automatic lock (which has glitches) would be better.

Room 1 is very spacious, the communal kitchen is usable, the restaurant below has a beautiful garden, and the gallery with a library corner offered several interesting books; cycling takes you to the sea or Forte dei Marmi. Serena and Marco were always very kind. In room 1 you can hear some traffic because it’s on the street, but with the air conditioning on it’s hardly noticeable.
