“Overall a good experience”

The kitchen in the room was great and breakfast was included, but the pool was under construction and parking had an extra fee.

“I was not good impression based on money. Also based on picture, not same quality of services.”

The space was fine, but the breakfast quality was lacking—especially the pancakes didn’t work, the bathroom water was weak, it was dark inside, and there was little light.

The location, cleanliness, parking and staff were good, but the pool was closed and we weren’t told before booking, the price was much higher than last year, and the spot isn’t close to any attractions.

“Great location putty about the room”

Good solid shower. Facilities are very dated A lot needs fixing The standard the rooms were cleaned to was very erratic, bed not made, cups & coffee not replaced, shampoo etc not replaced. Breakfast was basic and staff member was too busy looking at her mirror and doing exercises or on her phone to refill coffee or hot water. Corridor on level two smelled of chlorine / musty. Exit bar to car park near breakfast area very loose and possible hazard in an emergency
