The room was gorgeous with a stunning panoramic view of the city, the bed was comfy, and the hotel has great potential. However, the room wasn’t well maintained: the walls were dusty with spider webs, the air‑conditioning touchscreen was broken, and the bathtub’s water regulator was loose. The hotel only offers reusable slippers instead of disposable ones, which I find unhygienic. It seemed like these maintenance problems were ignored or never reported to management; paying more attention to upkeep would greatly improve the guest experience and protect the hotel’s reputation.

I wasn’t pleased with anything. The check‑in and check‑out times were problematic.

The staff were friendly and helpful with everything, and I even managed to check in an hour earlier than scheduled.

The location near the river is nice and the staff are good, but the room wasn’t clean, the towels were grey and had a bad smell.
