Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bowling Green, KY

“Overall it was good. Staff was friendly, room was comfy but good have been cleaner”

I was close to the highway and appreciated the nearby amenities, but I found several hairs on the bedding that weren’t ours. The parking lot didn’t circle the building and there was no pathway from the side doors to the parking lot, so I had to carry my luggage through the grass and lawn.

Hotel looked nice. We rented a wheelchair accessible room also pool has lift chair. My husband is an amputee so these are the only reasons we choose this Country Inn. Room wasn't as spacious as advertised example for my husband to get in the bathroom the door had to be shut to get past it then it opened all the way. It did have safety bars by the toilet and in this older very high step tub however they did not have any shower chairs which by ADA guidelines they are required to have. So after a 10 drive my husband couldn't take a shower. Want to go unwind at the pool, went to pool asked for battery for lift chair was told only maintenance had access they were not there it was 7 pm pool is open until midnight. I called customer care why we were there and they filed a report haven't heard anything waste of our time and money. The room very musty smell, I showered not much water pressure, toilet needed flushed twice, water didn't drain in tub properly it was covering my feet as I showered

“Worse stay ever”

The price and location were good, but I couldn’t shower properly because the water was ice‑cold. I called the desk, but hot water was still not an option, and she said they had already received a complaint about it, yet I was not accommodated at all.

The staff were very friendly and the location was great, but the room we were given was infested with fleas.

It was a very great value—convenient for a long road trip, clean, safe, and comfortable!
