The hotel sits right in the city centre, just a few minutes’ walk from the main square, yet the street stays quiet at night. The room was on the smaller side but comfortable enough for a solo traveller with light luggage.

The location is very central; everything is within walking distance. However, there are many stairs, making it hard to carry luggage because the building has two floors. The corridor smelled like a pipe. The red sheets do not give a sense of cleanliness.

Boun Hotel Bologna sits right in the city centre, an excellent spot that lets you reach all tourist sites on foot. The room was comfortable and very clean. The self‑check‑in was easy and smooth, thanks to Paolo, who gave us great guidance. He supplied a lot of information about restaurants, coffee shops, and how to get around the city. He is an exceptional host, very friendly and helpful, and promptly answered all our questions. We will definitely return to Boun Hotel Bologna on our next visit and recommend it to everyone who visits Bologna. Many thanks to Paolo for making our stay in Bologna easy and smooth.

The location is convenient, close to many restaurants, shops, and the old town. The host communicated well, was friendly, and gave good tourist recommendations. The room was clean. It would be nice to have a free coffee option in the morning.
