The breakfast was quite good, the spot was well‑located, the pool was excellent, the facilities were very pretty and clean, the TV had good channels, and the air‑conditioning worked great. The only downside was the lack of parking, the room could use a closet (there’s a small shelf but you still need to hang clothes), maybe a mini‑fridge, and a table with a couple of chairs outside; otherwise everything was fine.

The location was excellent, but the reception at the front desk was lacking.

I was close to the city center, the breakfast was good and the facilities were solid. The pool hours could be longer; at 9 pm they ask you to leave.

The rooms were spotless, the mattresses comfy, and the breakfast went beyond what I expected—just fruit, coffee, and bread would have been fine, but they also served eggs with beans and, the next day, quesadillas with beans. The pool was clean and the sun‑bathing area was pretty. Outside the hotel you can catch taxis and a bus stop, so getting around is easy. I’d stay again. The only thing missing in the rooms was a table lamp; there’s only one light and when you turn it off the room goes pitch black. The shampoo they provide is awful—no bubbles at all—so I had to buy my own; it would be great if they used dispensers. The TV never worked; no channels were visible, so I stuck to my phone. The gym was disappointing: the treadmills were broken, there was no air‑conditioning control, and only the dumbbells were usable. On the second night I couldn’t sleep well because the room opposite was under renovation and the workers were loud from 7:30 am; they should have scheduled those jobs later to avoid disturbing guests.
