We booked a Deluxe Room with payment due at the hotel and got a very competitive rate from a large, professional portal, so thank you for offering the lowest price. When we arrived, the staff refused to give us the proper Deluxe Room and handed us a very small, smelly room, claiming it was their Deluxe category. We asked for another room, and they said that was the only one available and that the hotel only has two Deluxe Rooms. The manager’s tone was very rude. When I asked again for a better room, he suddenly raised the price and said that was the current rate. Because of this unprofessional behavior, we immediately booked another hotel within our budget. It was a very bad experience. I own a travel company in Nagpur, and this level of service is highly disappointing and unacceptable.
The food and room were excellent.
The room wasn’t cleaned for four days, and we were constantly asked to pay. The room phone was broken, and when we asked not to book again, they told us to comply or they would leave bad feedback; the response was arrogant. There are many more issues.
