“Stunning views, but facilities and service need improvement”
The view was the biggest highlight, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and offered beautiful scenery, making it a great place to relax away from crowds; the in‑house restaurant served good food and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. The hotel is quite far from the main bazaar and sits on a steep hill, so access is somewhat difficult; there are no restaurants or shops within walking distance, so you have to drive down for other dining options. While the in‑house restaurant is good, the menu is fairly limited, and breakfast was average and could be improved. The biggest issue was the Wi‑Fi: devices could connect to the network, but there was effectively no internet access throughout our stay. I had booked a Junior Suite, but the TV was not working, there was no room heater, and no tea or coffee‑making facilities were provided. I mentioned these problems to the staff several times, but unfortunately there was no response or resolution. If your main priority is stunning views and a peaceful location, this hotel is worth considering, but guests should be aware of the limited facilities and remote location.
