The location is good. Access to the room requires climbing stairs, no one helps with luggage, hallways have cleaning buckets and dirty clothes are visible for a long time, and the elevator is very old.

The location and the building itself are great, the breakfast and dinner are very good, and the restaurant staff are meticulous; the room is comfortable. However, the front‑desk team is friendly yet seems rushed even though the hotel isn’t fully booked, making check‑in and check‑out a bit cumbersome, as if the management is putting too much pressure on them; more water should be available in the rooms, especially during heat waves.
