“As an european find something else.”

The laundry service was good, but English instruction was almost nonexistent. Breakfast was all Chinese, and even though a transfer to the Canton Fair was mentioned in the booking, none was provided, so I had to pay extra for a taxi. The staff moved slowly and seemed unsure, which made simple requests frustrating.

The toilet with a warm seat was pleasant, the hotel was clean and modern, and the lobby offered coffee, tea, and snacks. Overall I liked it and could be satisfied. However, at check‑in they refused to give a paper receipt, the staff didn’t understand what to do, and we wasted a lot of time waiting. They didn’t speak English, the rooms had no windows—just a wall with a picture—and the location felt a bit suspicious with construction still underway.

“It was a great location and the staff was helpful.”

The staff were very friendly, but the first room had a lingering smoke smell even though it was non‑smoking. They swapped us into a different room that we liked a lot more. Breakfast offered many options, yet the nearby restaurants served better food. It was good value for the area.

“Nice inn”

I stayed just one night, but the room was spacious with a separate hallway and a large bathroom. Both the bathroom and bedroom were very clean.
