The place was tidy, the room large, and the front‑desk staff were extremely helpful.

The place is well‑located and has nice amenities, but a few pieces of equipment are not in perfect condition.

The hotel is very friendly and situated in a great spot in Hanoi, with attentive daily room service. Several small shops are right nearby for grabbing breakfast, and the Old Quarter is a 10‑minute walk away.

The location, balcony room, comfortable beds, and overall cleanliness were all great. The staff were courteous, but every time we left the hotel we had to hand our room key to them as the key instructions say, and they would ask if we were checking out. The cleaning lady knocked at the same time each day asking to clean, even though we told her to come back an hour later because we were still in the room, and she and her friend would giggle or speak to their colleague in Vietnamese, seeming to dislike that we didn’t leave early. The AC needed a filter change because it made the room dusty, and the TV didn’t work.
