Very good location, restaurants and the historic city center are within walking distance. At the same time the apartment is generally quiet. The bed was very comfortable and most evenings I slept well. Self‑check‑in is generally well thought out. Communication is quick and friendly. In the bathroom there was at times a noticeable sewer smell that drifted into the bedroom. The rooms are also very noisy and acoustically poorly isolated. On my first night there was a very large party in the courtyard with a DJ until 2 a.m., probably bad luck, but still annoying given the advertised quiet location. Self‑check‑in is also a bit more complex than it first appears.
