I was really looking forward to my stay here, but it turned out to be a disaster from the start. The staff's warm welcome and efficient communication on arrival were overshadowed by the subpar room, which was dingy, dated, and didn't have the advertised lake view. Although they upgraded us to a villa, which was a nice gesture, our experience was marred by a nightmare of pests, including hundreds of ants and a cockroach, which made our room uninhabitable.

While I appreciated certain aspects of my stay, such as the lovely pool and spacious room, there were several issues that detracted from my experience. The housekeeping staff were friendly, and the laundry service was convenient and efficient. However, I encountered problems like bloodstains and torn sheets, a non-functional TV, and an abundance of insects in the bathroom.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely resort, with the included breakfast being a highlight. The hotel's cleanliness and proximity to the beach were also major pluses. I was impressed by the comfortable bed and pillows, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. The pool area was a great spot to relax, and the calm and quiet location made for a wonderful getaway.
