The staff were welcoming. For business travelers, the hotel is in a community near the Verome shipyard and the UFF campus in Angra dos Reis. You need to arrange some transport to get from Jacuecanga to the lodge. There’s a very pretty pier. Breakfast was simple, prepared in advance by the lodge staff, and cleaning was decent. The washing machine and air‑conditioners made noise at night. My room’s window faced the corridor. There was no desk in the room, but the staff were helpful and brought a table from the restaurant. Breakfast had few options; for example, there were no scrambled eggs.
