The service was poor. The dining area was so cramped that I didn’t feel like I actually ate.

The hotel’s facilities, hospitality, and environment are all very simple and comfortable, and I liked that they pay attention to eco‑friendly practices. However, I have a few suggestions: 1) place the morning newspaper at the front desk; 2) the used dishes at breakfast were left at the restaurant entrance, and on my first day I mistakenly took one to the buffet only to be told by staff it was used, so I had to return it and swap with a clean one—moving the used dish storage would help; 3) I would like one local specialty added to the breakfast menu.

The room is just too small. After checking in, the 5th‑floor room was still being cleaned, so the cleaning staff told me to “ask at the front desk” and acted dismissively. I had to lug heavy luggage down, check, and then be directed to a 6th‑floor room, only to have to carry my bags back up again. The front desk offered no apology, which is very low‑level service.
