Steve pulled the plug on our reservation at 3 am on the day we were supposed to arrive, leaving us with a toddler and a dog and no place to go. In the days before, he kept asking for extra bank transfers and even tried to add a $1,000 security deposit that never appeared in the terms. Nothing was done to help us out, so I’d steer clear.
