The room was lovely, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good, but the hotel is far from the city.

The room and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean; I worried the bed would be too hard, yet it felt fine (anyone used to a pocket‑spring mattress should be fine), and the pillow height was just right without sinking too much. The hotel sits right by a subway station, making every destination extremely convenient! The hair‑dryer is an old‑model one—airflow is okay, but it’s the type that can snag hair, so you have to be careful when using it.

I had already paid the full amount before I arrived, but they charged me again because they said they couldn’t find the reservation in their system. When I checked out, they only refunded half of the money and still haven’t returned the remaining amount. I’m very disappointed with this experience
