The Empire Hotel Deloraine

A great spot for a short stay in Deloraine, with very friendly staff and excellent value.

Nothing at all. Everything

Piękny klimatyczny obiekt ze wspaniałą obsługą. W niektórych pokojach bardzo ciasne łazienki

“Lousy, ripped off and misled! Disappointed!”

Lovely town, but the Empire was closed for renovation and still charged full price. The location would have been great if the hotel or anything else in town were open; there was no food or drinks available. The Empire was closed, still very noisy, no staff, no food, no drinks, and my room was not clean at all. Breakfast (I use that term loosely!) was insufficient and had already been eaten by other guests (only three of them!), leaving only stale bread for toast or stale cereal with UHT milk; fruit juice was all empty. I booked because the bio said “full breakfast”, “great pub food”, and “best drinks”, but that was simply not true. I booked on the same morning of my stay and they failed to mention that they were closed for renovation! Disappointed and hungry—nowhere else open to eat! I was told that I had a room upgrade… to a smaller and lesser room!!!
