The room was freshly renovated and the setting was quite pleasant, but traveling with my kids made me feel the hotel fell short for families; the playroom was dirty, in bad shape, and had few toys, many of which were broken, and the overall recreation was weak, so a refurbishment and new toys are needed, and the outdoor area also lacked more play options and leisure spaces for children.

“Hotel confortável, tranquilo, relaxante e muito bonito.”

The hotel is wonderful, everything is very beautiful and well maintained, the food is excellent with a wide variety and high quality, especially the breakfast which is sensational, and everyone who works there is very helpful and polite; the common area is fantastic, offering many leisure options for families, so I highly recommend staying here.

“Mediana, para um fds até vale, mas não senti que descansei por completo.”

The location is good, the room is comfortable, the meals are tasty and the recreation is great, yet I didn’t like the poor acoustics, the staff were not attentive, parking was overpriced (I thought it was absurd), and there was little to do at the hotel; a construction project was underway, so I couldn’t rest because it started early and ran until 17h.
