The ladies at Saugiat run a charming guesthouse ideally located near Poligny, Château Chalon, Baume, the gentlemen, Arbois, and the start of beautiful hikes. Frederique, the owner, is very available and gives excellent advice. The house is very quiet with a pool that made us happy at the end of the day. We felt right at home there.

Breakfast was fine. The location is ideal for visiting. The welcome and presence of Frédérique were appreciated, as was the air‑conditioning. A staircase ramp should be installed.

The host Frederique is incredibly welcoming, taking care of a great breakfast and giving all the information about what can be done in the area. She books a table at a restaurant if you want, ensures the lovely saltwater pool is always available, and does everything she can to make her guests happy. Nothing negative.
