“A wonderful 10-night stay with genuinely caring staff – special thanks to Levi!”
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our 10‑night stay; they listened and did their best whenever we needed something. Housekeeping did a great job. The beds were a little too firm, but an extra mattress made a world of difference. We’d like to thank Thuy, Vu, Nguyet, Kathy and Phong for their kindness and service, but Levi in the restaurant deserves special recognition—she was absolutely wonderful, genuinely warm, attentive, and always seemed to know what we needed before we asked, making us feel very welcome. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of choice and we really enjoyed our stay overall. We did find it a little uncomfortable that several staff members, from reception to the restaurant, repeatedly offered to connect us with people who could make clothes; this sales‑focused approach felt a bit too pushy. We also booked the hotel transfer from the train station; despite paying considerably more than a Grab, the driver asked us via Google Translate for money to buy food because he was hungry, which made for an awkward start. The pool area was extremely slippery when wet, a particular concern for us with two small children. Breakfast was good overall, though after several days some of the cold cuts no longer looked very fresh and could probably have been replaced sooner; still, there was always plenty of other food to choose from.
