“Excellent stay in a nice quiet area”

The front desk was friendly. The room was quiet, large, and fully equipped. There was really nothing wrong.

The room had a washer‑dryer combo and laundry detergent was provided; housekeeping cleaned daily and restocked supplies; the room was clean; the hotel offered free bottled water; the lobby had a coffee machine with many tasty options that you could serve yourself; the reception staff were friendly; it’s about a 5‑minute walk to Kyoto Station and nearby attractions like Don Quijote. The table was a bit shallow and narrow; although there were two chairs, the lockable safe made it hard to sit side‑by‑side, so it wasn’t great for eating things you brought back; the light above the table was a bit weak; the room was small and you couldn’t move around freely with a suitcase open; after using the washer the door was difficult to open and the instructions were somewhat lacking.

“Hotel moderno vicino alla stazione”

The hotel’s location was fantastic, letting us move around easily. The staff were well‑prepared, attentive, and spoke excellent English, making communication smooth. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The lights were various and adjustable. The Western breakfast was good, and we appreciated the care taken. The only downside was that the room had no window that could open.

The reception was very warm. We could leave our suitcase in the lobby, and when our room was ready it was brought to us. The hotel is very clean and nothing was missing. The staff are helpful.
