The area around the hotel was fine, but the room we stayed in had a severe bedbug infestation—lots of bites all over my body.

The location was perfect, giving easy access to everything.

The convenience of the location was excellent. Close to Epic and places ro eat. The beds, everytime you moved you woke to whole room up they were so loud. There is an issue with the outlets as the 1st room only 2 worked and then the 2nd room about 2/3rds worked. Something that needs to be worked on. But the beds were so loud

The location was great, but there was barely any staff and they couldn't help when I needed something urgent; only one person was running everything.
