G hotel

The staff were great, they could help even though we had no requests. There is a problem with the Saturday breakfast for the religious community that finishes prayers a little late; in my opinion every guest who comes to the dining room should receive what the first guest receives, not leftovers because he comes half an hour before closing the dining room. This was unfair to the Shabbat‑observing guest.

“לא להתקרב עליכם יותר”

Nothing at all. We didn't like anything. The service was bad, the reception was dismissive, the price was not worth it, the building was both expensive and not worth it for what it was; it was very bad. The towels had no paper, the reception was not nice, there was a small child with special needs and the reception didn't treat him well. The child needed to eat but was not interested; I asked for a spoon and was ignored. We had no housekeeping in the hotel, the room was messy, the food was bad, the air conditioner and TV didn't work, nothing at all. Luckily it was only three days and we left. The guys and girls tried to open doors at night, people tried to break in, the window was open while we were sleeping and there were screams and fights.

The baby crib promised in the booking never arrived, and when they finally set one up it was broken; the whole room smelled like cigarettes.

“הייתי חוזרת שוב מקום ממש אחלה ועונה על כל הצרכים”

Everything was clean, which was impressive, but the carpets down the hallway were awful and needed a lot more cleaning; the rooms should be bigger with a desk for organizing, and the lobby could use more seating like sofas.

“לא חוזרת לשם גם בחינם !”

את ארוחת הבוקר. אני מאוד מאוכזבת מהחדר שקיבלנו ( באיחור )- הפרסום שלכם אינו תואם למה שמקבלים בפועל . קיבלנו חצי חדר - עם דלת מעבר שאפילו לא נסגרת מה שעיכב אותנו עוד שעה עד שסגרו את זה עם שני ברגים . החדר כל כך קטן שאפילו לעמוד אין מקום . המיטת ילד לא הייתה מסודרת ועוד 20 דקות התעכבנו על הסידור עד שהתחלנו לשהות. בחדר היו המון דברים שבורים קרועים ( צילמתי תמונות) והכי אבסורד שהם עוד ביקשו בקבלה 500 ש״ח פיקדון -הייתי בחיי במלונות יוקרה שהברז עשוי מזהב ולא ביקשו ממני פיקדון ! ( אפילו הילדה הקטנה שלי טענה שהחדר ממש לא כמו בתמונות ) . חוץ מהשם של המלון אין פה שום דבר שמזכיר מלון זה יותר אכסניית נוער , שאגב עד 00:00 השמיעו מוזיקה חזקה של מזרחית . הגב שלי התחיל לכאוב אחרי לילה אחד על המזרן שלהם. בחדר עצמו היו רק שתי מגבות קטנות של בריכה ( עם פסים כחולים ) ובריצפה היה מרוח שמן . אז לפני שאתם מפרסמים משהו אצלכם תבדקו שזה מה שהלקוח באמת מקבל . לא הייתי חוזרת לפה גם בחינם !
