Getting there by boat takes about 30 minutes, the modern accommodation is excellent with breakfast and a pre‑booked dinner, and the service is very good—perfect for a two‑day break. The pool area was disappointing and a bit small, and the wildlife was rather dull, just birds and bamboo.

The family room was very spacious, super clean, and offered a nice terrace view; the bar and restaurant were also nice and served good food, and the staff were very friendly.

We loved the bungalows here, with their stunning views of the Zambezi River. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. However, we did have a problem with the monkeys on the roof, who would often raid our breakfast - it was a bit of a challenge to keep them at bay!
