The price was good and the location convenient, but the $200 damage deposit felt excessive; if they've been having issues, they should be more selective about who they host.

The place sits right in the heart of Martinsville, which made everything super easy to reach—thanks for a fantastic stay! The only downside was the room scent; it was a bit too strong and would benefit from a more natural fragrance.

The room was spacious, spotless, and the bed was comfortable enough to sleep well on. I woke up at 5:30 am and had to wait 10 minutes for hot water, and the noise from the room above—heavy stomping and dropping things—was loud, though it quieted down around 10 am, allowing me to get a decent night’s rest.
