“Comfortable rooms in a good location, but a problem with the elevator....”
The room was very comfortable and had everything needed to make coffee or tea in the morning. It’s a good spot for heading to the train station to visit Cinque Terre, and there’s a wide range of nearby restaurants. The staff were very helpful. The elevator absolutely needs to be replaced. Lifting our luggage to the 3rd floor was okay, but when we tried to descend from the 3rd floor to the ground floor, the door wouldn’t open, which was very worrying. We had to get out and walk down. After that experience we started using the stairs (not ideal for us at 81‑87). When we left, we tried the elevator with our suitcases again; it didn’t work, but a staff member helped us take the suitcases down.
