“Great location and nice staff”
The location is great and the staff are nice. It can be a bit loud because it’s very central, but that wasn’t a big deal for us.

The location is good. The air conditioner can’t be regulated and at times it seemed to be off.
We loved it, very clean, the linens were impeccable, the staff were very friendly, and the location was great right next to Puerta del Sol. The breakfast was very basic and bad, only bread, cheese and drinks; it should be more complete, missing protein like eggs and some ham and fruit, so I suggest they adjust the breakfast.

The location is perfect, just steps from Puerta del Sol and metro stations, right in Madrid’s center, highly recommended, the staff are very friendly, reception is open 24 hrs, they have a convenient vending machine so you don’t have to leave to buy anything. We didn’t have a problem, but if you want complete silence at night, this isn’t the place, because being next to Puerta del Sol means you hear the early‑morning activity.
