The service was great and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The approach to the property is through a narrow lane as is typical in these parts, which could be a challenge for inexperienced drivers. Signboards guiding the way from the main road would be helpful.

We booked rooms for eight people, but the hotel charged extra for additional mattresses, a charge that was not clearly communicated at booking. The Sales Manager was extremely rude and unprofessional when we raised this issue, making us feel unwelcome. The hotel should clearly list all additional charges at booking and train staff to handle concerns professionally. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and not what we expected.

The room layout was good and the mattresses were comfortable. The hotel did not accept credit cards and required payment in cash or Google Pay. The bathroom ceiling had a lot of mold, and mold was also found on a bottle of water. I could not turn off the balcony lights.

The setting was lovely and quiet, and the room (except for a musty smell) had a nice balcony. The staff were very accommodating, but the room had a very musty smell that was unpleasant.

We stayed for two nights and were greeted well. Having stayed in a few different places along this part of the trip, I was disappointed with the price; our house could have held four people, which would have been cheaper, but it was still nice. Breakfast was good, and the staff were more than accommodating when we left at 8, opening the restaurant earlier, which was very kind. The price was the most expensive we have paid, even compared to 5‑star resorts.
