The air‑conditioners in the rooms were weak and didn’t cool properly, and there were no Hebrew TV channels at all. We couldn’t have a normal conversation with the manager or the front desk clerk because they didn’t speak Hebrew and their English was very hesitant and unclear, so we never got any service. My daughter got stuck in the bathroom for half an hour because the shower handle was broken; it took a while for them to fix it. When we asked to leave, the clerk told us we could just walk out.
