“Rilassante”
The location is central. The tablecloths at breakfast were not very clean.
“Relax”
The hotel sits just a short walk from the sea and Vieste’s center, close to bars, shops and services. Although it’s rated 4‑stars, it feels more like a 3‑star place. The staff were friendly, young and helpful. The rooms were a bit dated and the mattresses were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was a generous buffet, but lunch was underwhelming except for the vegetable buffet. The pool is large, yet the opening hours could be extended.
The place is well situated and the breakfast is good. The elevators are too small and the wait to reach the fourth floor is too long.

The location is strategic, everything within reach. The room was somewhat dated, but using a voucher made it less of a bother. Breakfast was plentiful but not very varied. Nothing falls below adequacy when considering the value for money. If I hadn’t used the voucher, the free parking area could have been better – a 4‑star hotel should provide that. It was a shame the jacuzzi was closed on Sunday.
