I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the cozy rooms and the extremely polite and helpful staff. However, the location was a bit of a letdown, and I felt that the staff's behavior could have been more considerate. Overall, the hotel's strengths outweighed its weaknesses, but there's room for improvement.

My stay at this hotel was enjoyable, with a spacious room that met my expectations. However, I faced some challenges with the air conditioning system, which was controlled by external staff and proved to be inadequate during the hot summer months. Additionally, I encountered some issues with the billing process, including a preference for cash payments and uncertainty regarding the GST and GSF components.

I was pleased to find that the hotel was reasonably close to the metro line and bus station, and the staff were welcoming and eager to assist. The air conditioning was effective, and the room was spacious. Additionally, the hotel was reasonably priced. However, I encountered some issues, including the absence of toilet paper, a showerhead with no spray function, and a lukewarm shower.
