The owners were extremely hospitable, giving the feeling of staying with friends. The kids loved the pool, and I enjoyed meeting the family. Places like this are the real Italy, not the touristy big cities. I recommend it to anyone who wants to experience genuine Italian countryside life and the warmth of these wonderful people. I also want to highlight the lovely room with Wi‑Fi and air conditioning.

The apartments were clean, spacious, and well‑organized. The property is beautiful, simple yet perfect. The staff are exceptional, making you feel part of the family. The food deserves praise: excellent and good value for money.

I liked the location, wonderfully tucked between the Marchigiana hills, and the owners’ hospitality! It felt like staying at friends’ homes: a stove kept the room warm, a variety of treats at breakfast (even a truffle omelet), pleasant chats with the owner, cuddles with Birillo (Pierello’s dog).everything was amazing!
