The property was stunning, with food that catered to everyone and was very good. The staff were always friendly and helpful. We were lucky to be moved by Frau Charoula Grece to another Giannoulis Hotel halfway through our holiday 😍 Thank you again for that offer; we also really enjoyed the Grand Bay.

The room was tiny; we paid for three people plus a child but got a double‑occupancy room with a single extra bed in the middle and no space left.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Santa Marina Beach Hotel and enjoyed every moment. The location is simply amazing—right on the first line by the sea, with a beautiful sea view. One of my favourite things was spending the evenings in the restaurant area overlooking the sea, listening to the relaxing sound of the waves accompanied by lovely live music. It created such a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere—the perfect place to simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the moment. If you are looking for a calm, relaxing and truly enjoyable holiday, I highly recommend this hotel. I had an incredible time and left with so many wonderful memories. The staff were absolutely lovely. Everyone at the reception was very friendly and helpful, and the kitchen and restaurant staff were equally kind and welcoming. Everything was very well organised. The buffet was constantly replenished with fresh food, so there were no long queues or unnecessary waiting—everything was smooth and comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. A beautiful place, wonderful atmosphere, great people, and the incredible sound of the sea right outside. I would happily come back and definitely recommend Santa Marina Beach Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday by the sea.

The hotel was split into a beach/restaurant side and a pool/room side. The food was good and authentic. The staff did their best to make everyone feel comfortable; they greeted you when you entered, smiled at the kids, and helped when needed.

The hotel is on the coast, and we requested and received rooms with sea views. Both rooms were very clean, the bed and pillows were perfect. We chose All Inclusive, and the selection at every meal was large, the food was delicious, and everything was perfect. The service in the restaurants and bars was friendly.
