The location is very good 👌. The bathroom is shared, so I paid for a private one.

The cleaning lady was very friendly and thoughtful, and the manager responded immediately and fixed things on the same day when needed. There are many supermarkets and large shopping malls nearby, which is great for shopping, and public transport is convenient. I stayed here for a month and would love to return. The walls are thin, so when the neighbor showers, you can hear the pipes.

The photos matched reality, and above all the staff were wonderful—always friendly, thoughtful, and they fixed any inconvenience right away. It’s a bit away from the main road, so it’s very quiet at night. The living room is small, so there isn’t much space to chat with others.

Having a kitchenette makes long trips more affordable, and the price is fair for the location. The climate controls are set remotely, so the owners decide the times and temperatures. The house isn’t well ventilated; the A/C focuses on the kitchen and bathroom but leaves the bedrooms cool, which makes sleeping less enjoyable. The mismatch between the set climate controls and the actual room temperatures is what keeps this from being a 9 or 10.
