The experience was disappointing and not worth the money. We were first given a lower‑grade room than the one we booked, and only after we raised the issue were we moved to the correct room, which set a bad tone. The photos online are misleading; the actual rooms are old, poorly maintained, and not what the listing suggests. The biggest problem is the access road: the last 500 m are in terrible condition with many potholes and almost no lighting, making nighttime arrival uncomfortable and difficult, especially by car. The staff did not seem welcoming or attentive, further dampening the experience. For the price we paid, I expected a much better stay. There are better‑maintained options in Goa at similar rates. I strongly advise checking recent reviews and the actual location/access road before booking. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations and was not good value for money.

“Average”

Breakfast was okay, but the service road from the main road was in bad condition—muddy with puddles—so we would not recommend this property. We asked for an extra bed, which was provided very late; we actually had to call reception and remind them again.

The staff were absolutely amazing—every single person from the valet to the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant team was outstanding, quick, efficient, and courteous, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and fun; I would recommend this place to anyone, even solo or female travelers; the pool was a highlight, the landscaped greenery was sprawling, and the beach access and Poseidon's Cove cafe right on the beach were perfect.

“Overpriced food menu. Not worth it”

The room was spacious, but the property wasn’t maintained well, and the food in the room and at Poseidon's Cove Beach Grill was overpriced for its taste and quality.
