The spot is handy, right near the village center and the ocean, with plenty of cafés and restaurants, and it’s quiet, cozy, and calm, plus the breakfasts are solid. The room is clean, the bed linen fresh, the staff friendly, and there’s a fridge in the room. The only downside is that the room and bathroom are very small.

They arranged the room nicely and paid attention to detail. However, the room was damp, smelled like mold, and the TV only had one channel. The breakfast was disappointing; the pastries and cereals felt like they were from the previous day.

The location is great, with a promenade for walks, a central pedestrian street, “Monash” shops, restaurants, and a wide beach. The staff are pleasant. Breakfast is hearty, with enough hot omelette and sausages, and there’s a toaster. I read that all rooms have sea views, but that’s false—only three rooms do. The balcony in our room was narrow, unlike the photos of other balconies.
